Among the recognitions to REES companies and organizations, for the first time, the award for best action in inclusive work for people with disabilities has been awarded.

Diversity and inclusion in the work environment have benefits for both workers, organizations and society. For organizations because it provides greater creativity and innovation, greater commitment and job satisfaction, and greater talent retention. For people, because equal opportunities in a safe and healthy job contribute to their economic and financial stability, their professional and personal development and their social integration, having a positive impact on their quality of life and that of society.

About the INSST

The National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSST), OA, MP is the reference scientific-technical body of the General Administration of the State specialized in the research and study of safety and health conditions at work, as well as as in the promotion and support for their improvement.
