Juice cures

Juice cures activate the emunctories and make up for certain deficiencies. They can be part of a monodiet and normal diet by taking one to several glasses a day.

Carrot juice

Spinach juice

One glass a day greatly reduces digestive problems such as constipation. It ensures healthy teeth and gums. It is rich in vitamins C and E. You can make spinach juice by placing the fresh plant in a juice extractor.

Potato juice

Potato juice calms digestive problems such as aches and heartburn, alkalinizes the body and improves overall health. It is rich in potassium, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B and C.

Aloe Vera Juice

It has healing, antibacterial and antifungal properties. This juice alleviates gastric ulcers, ulcerative colitis and constipation. It supports the immune system and is rich in amino acids and vitamins. Its effects are beneficial in Crohn’s disease, diabetes, asthma and osteoarthritis. Aloe vera juice can be bought ready to use or you can grow the plant and extract the juice with an extractor.

When to take the juice?

Vegetable juices are a habit to be taken in the morning before breakfast, as a snack, before meals and in the quantities you desire. They can be flavoured with spices and herbs, such as ginger or turmeric.

Fruit juices, on the other hand, because of their sugar content, should be consumed in moderation. To find the right juices for you, listen to your body. Strange noises in the stomach or a big change in transit mean that the juice is not right for you. Similarly for the quantities, respect the quantities that your body can tolerate.
